Organisation is in the process of management change. Freshworks is hiring more seasoned sales leaders who understand the market better but there are struggles with the shakeup. Company is still immature in operations and will stay this way for years to come.

Stay away from the BDR department. About 10% of reps hit each month, so you won’t make any money. Sr leadership gaslights you until you eventually quit or get put on a PIP. WFH is non existent unless you’re the sr director who brags about being only one who is hybrid in the bdr org. It’s toxic
