All the leads go to one Account Manager who everyone thinks is God’s given gift but anyone can close a hot lead, and he gets all of them. Pathetic place to work

Leadership has had some major stumbles in the past year and made it much harder to do our jobs and affected our compensation. There is positive movement in turning this around but it'll take some time - maybe another year.
