Fortinet has been going through a lot of changes internally that has made it quite unpleasant to work at. Leadership continuously changes role requirements and promotions are more politcal than performance based.

Company is going through alot of change. Which is so needed as the prior Sales teams rode the covid wave and didn't really hunt for business. However there are huge obstacles with the exec team that prevent the company from being a dominant player.
