Fortinet has been going through a lot of changes internally that has made it quite unpleasant to work at. Leadership continuously changes role requirements and promotions are more politcal than performance based.

The numbers used to be attainable. The company as a whole is growing between 30-40% each year so they expect that of reps and they've added headcount in territories that may not warrant extra headcount so it's difficult to hit numbers. Good experience to learn outbound sales, Fortinet does everything within security so lots of opportunities to sell across the org.

Started off really well, but as time went on the org started making significant changes, such as cutting employees, strict wfh policy, 4x office days, micromanaging, changing commission structure, raising quotas, etc.
