Started off really well, but as time went on the org started making significant changes, such as cutting employees, strict wfh policy, 4x office days, micromanaging, changing commission structure, raising quotas, etc.

Pipeline/opportunities to sell are there, although it's heavily tied to selling/upselling into the install base. It appears that there's minimal whitespace opportunity for Fortinet, so reliance on the installs is instrumental to anyone's success.

Fortinet is a great company. Unfortunately, tech has had its share of ups and downs the past year and a half. All in all Fortinet is a great company to work for and the product is competitive within the market.
