Overall a good experience from a learning perspective and a place to begin your sales career finding new deals, working with large existing customers, and managing complex 12+ month long sales cycles. Oracle is a snake pit, but it provides excellent training in true enterprise sales. Finding a good mentor is key to having true success. Having a helping hand understand the political landscape is a must. If you can generate that type of relationship easily, you have the opportunity to make a lot of money

I would leave if I wasn’t waiting on commissions. Workday is crushing us at enterprise level and UKG at mid-market. They keep promising new technology and cheaper implementations but it’s lip service. They’re focused on harvesting data from the Cerner acquisition which is equal parts frustrating and scary as all get out as a patient.
