Elastic is evolving and changing. Curious to see where the new CRO takes the company. Segmentation and territories are weird. Hope that changes in the future. commercial division is in deep trouble, after a few phenomenal years it turned into a micromanaging hell, many reps in commercial are looking at $3, $4 or even $5 mil ACV numbers - multiple times higher than enterprise. completely insane and the worst sales position i've had in 20 years, some teams are looking at 100% yoy turnover
