Leadership judge performance the same on reps who receive inbounds vs those who don't. 90%+ of new logo is from inbound leads and leadership denies any correlation between performance and inbound rates. Inbound disparity it insane. Some reps receive up to 30-40 a quarter while other recieve 2-5 a quarter. Horrible SF...Read More
