good: passionate executive team, kind people, opportunity to make an impact, loves to win, value adding product, good % commission, creativity and new ideas for generating pipe are welcome, stock options. bad: little onboarding, many pips and fear of job security, nepotism, cheap, pushy,/anxious leadership, little sales training, irrelevant internal meetings, lack of coaching, uneven inbound leads, no 401k matching, still no ipo, lots of push back on price (there has to be a lot of pain and competing with nearly free solutions)
