Not a great market fit compared to its competitors. Sales team needs serious revamp and enablement. Leaders are kind of lost and have meetings just to have meetings.

Over the past year, quota attainment has drastically fallen outside of the AEC vertical and existing business reps. They have hired and expanded too much into the new business teams.

A lot of favoritism going on with former pluralsighters joining the team. The company has over hired for reasons that are unknown. Inbound leads only seem to go to reps on vertical teams (AEC&life sciences) and horizontal patches consist of companies that don’t fit the companies ICP.
