Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee A lot of favoritism going on with former pluralsighters joining the team. The company has over hired for reasons that are unknown. Inbound leads only seem to go to reps on vertical teams (AEC&life sciences) and horizontal patches consist of companies that don’t fit the companies ICP. This is a major issue because the company has no true outbound strategy and the majority of deals closed are inbound. I can count on one hand the amount of inbound leads I have had over the past 2 years. Managers are extremely inexperienced and are only interested in micromanaging deals and “forecasting” even though the majority of reps are working 3-4 deals a quarter ? The ROEs are also completely out of touch with realities of sellers and there is no reward for people who are working hard. Browse Other Reviews
