The company has good leadership and culture. Deal flow is terrible and most are struggling to close deals over $30K. Install base has been attacked and new business is difficult to engage. Industry focused on AEC, Life Sciences and Finance. Business primarily comes from mid-market accounts in the verticals. Company is looking to go public or get acquired in 2024.

I really enjoy working at Egnyte. There are lots of changes that you have to be able to flow with but the culture and people are great and so is the solution.

Over the past year, quota attainment has drastically fallen outside of the AEC vertical and existing business reps. They have hired and expanded too much into the new business teams.
