Overall, great place to learn a role as an SDR. Promotion is very slow compared to other companies in the industry. Great training and great management across the org.

Leadership is very poor, frontline managers can't/won't help you sell, limited access to Sales Engineers, SDRs are worthless, any operational tasks are a nightmare to navigate and take an eternity to complete. Good organization and enablement. Product is a bit behind of the commercial org in federal but it is being pushed forward. Sales cycle is long, but once you're in the door, customers love the product.

Great company and product but unfortunately not the best marketing. Whereas similar companies (New Relic, Datadog etc.) are well known in the market, most people have never heard of Dynatrace.
