The organization used to be great but went downhill fast. Lots of executive churn and product not innovating. Outsourced engineering team and not holding product accountable burned Dratas velocity.

Very bad. Toxic leadership and clear people in charge had never scaled a company before, and couldn’t get out of their own way to let others help them. Some strong ICs Hitting quota got progressively harder as I was there. Product was okay - immature but had potential but we were often encouraged to embellish the truth and stretch timelines

I’ve been here for 2 years and we hit the typical growing pains any startup does but we all have a common goal we’re striving for.

It was okay in early 2023 when I joined but then leads starting drying up, they constantly missed with leadership hires they brought in, and there was a lot of the blame game. Wouldn't recommend, but also not the worst.
