Not a great company to work for. Prices are being pushed down by competitors, no differentiators so it's a race to the bottom. Meat grinder mentality, grind grind grind. Sales leadership can be toxic. Inexperienced CEO and brother COO. Lots of favoritism. Lots of folks hired in 2023 now gone, look at the attrition.

Drata is a great company. It's a high growing tech startup so naturally the environment is competitive and slightly stressful but the people are amazing, we've built the best product in the market and innovate faster than our competitors. The only real con here is no 401k match but other benefits are fantastic and it's a great place to be overall.
