Back to ReviewsFormer Employee "Join the Drata rocket ship" I was told... Rocket ship? More like sinking ship. Culture here is praised for being the best in the industry, but is full of toxic based relationships and favoritism. I came into this company from a market leading SaaS firm, working in the enterprise space, I joined the enterprise team hear and quickly found out that Drata has little to no product market fit for the enterprise sector. Setting meetings for AE's only to get them disqualified because we are not a full replacement for a GRC solution yet...which is what the market wants/needs. Furthermore, we have missed our revenue numbers/targets just about every quarter, and from what I hear our churn rate is well above where it should be. Future selling is the name of the game here, but the features never come. Please be hesitant and do your research before considering their high base salary, it is not worth it. Reps are being pushed out in DROVES, when I joined there was almost 60 reps, now there are 24. Want to work 8-6, have passive aggressive managers who only care about their top line and still miss your number? Join Drata.
