Whiplash, constantly changing strategies and GTM, significant layoffs each QTR, and constant pressure because of short-term financial ruin were always just around the corner.

Product used to be great but competitors have caught up while Sr. Executives made a few miscalls driving the product team to focus on other areas while the competitors have caught up. Some new people are joining the company but I don't know if they will be able to make an impact.

This company is interesting but minimal inbound lead flow. The product is good but complex. There are other products that get the job done much less cost

Company talks a good game about "People are the Code," but Sr. Exec's use racial slurs in team meetings and are not chastised for it, they regularly fire new parents returning from leave etc. Good product, atrocious upper management and moral compass.

My overall experience was ok, they had a round of layoffs which created a lot instability. The product is very good but very niche.

Product is over complicated and a nice to have, not necessary. Sales leadership sets unrealistic quotas then will put you on a PIP and fire you when you don't reach them. Sales is extremely technical and Copado doesn't make it easy for the customer to buy. Stay FAR AWAY!

No stability, high turnover. Executives keep coming up with half-baked plans that lead nowhere, leaving employees feeling directionless, anxious, and reactive.

Horrible leadership, revolving door of senior managers, no CRO for over 6 months, no strategy for growth and a dangerous level of bullying with no one in HR to report these problems.

Only 5 people made quota last year. Some VPs can be really sadistic. Territories change a lot. Core product is good but a lot of the add ons are hot garbage. It's way way way too expensive for the market. One of the sales VPs used a racial slur in a meeting towards a rep.
