Experience at Drata so far has been great. I was concerned after reading older reviews about turnover and growing pains but that seems to have all been worked out by now. We just acquired SafeBase which is huge for the enterprise team. Definitely takes more work to hit quota upmarket but we are rapidly closing the gap on PMF for larger enterprises.

It has been solid, learned a lot and have had an opportunity to hone a craft with strong inbound leads. Base pay is lack luster but you can count on leads.

It was okay in early 2023 when I joined but then leads starting drying up, they constantly missed with leadership hires they brought in, and there was a lot of the blame game. Wouldn't recommend, but also not the worst.
