There are plenty of materials to review when onboarding. However, there is no continuing education on products or a thorough review of products that are not the Board Portal. The product has a good reputation in the marketplace. The companies acquired over the last few years have come with a lot of brand recognition. Having all those products integrated into one platform is great for internal and external stakeholders. This is the first year for the platform play, but initial feedback is positive, and there are some early adopters.

My overall experience has been challenging at this organization. The products have problems that are not fixed, the compensation plan is poor and leadership is not at the level you would expect at a mid-sized company

Good for someone starting out. Management was a mess last year but things are setting well now. Product market fit for new Diligent One is concerning. The flagship boards product sells well but the Risk and Compliance arm is still quite weak - competitors like audit board, workiva are dominating
