It’s not one solution, and the BLC & Entities side has good product market fit. However, some really low deal sizes and you’ll be asked to cut deals in half on the last day of qtr to incentivise customers, to make up management numbers. Sacrifice your own commission for management bonus?
Some great people there, but there is a pretty horrible culture rearing its head in EMEA (at least). Bullying, unfair/personal PIPs, talking to people like children in public forums, tearing strips off people (verbally) in an open office. Just some not nice stuff happening to good people, on top of what is already a strong micromanagement culture in the sales org.
I’m sure it can be turned around as there’s some really promising tech, but as long as the business is so hyper focussed on trying to achieve growth at every cost, people will continue leaving. Growth is a by product.
