Great product and market fit. Huge nose dive after IPOs froze up. Platform applications are geared towards publicly traded companies. GRC space is getting highly competitive. Used to charge a premium but now prospects are choosing the cheaper less feature rich competitors. Consequently our quotas stay high but average deal size almost cut in half.

My overall experience has been challenging at this organization. The products have problems that are not fixed, the compensation plan is poor and leadership is not at the level you would expect at a mid-sized company
