Former Employee2.1Dec 11, 2024I've been around and I've never seen a more rigged sales org than Dialpad, the same AEs hit numbers every year and it's not the territory its the "partners". Unless you're a part of the cool kids club or grew up next door to the CEO there is no career advancement outside of moving from BDR ro MM AE in 18 months.
