They hire too many AEs. All of their competitors who have even more marketshare have less AE's per capita. Product has cool features, but lacks basic features that customers want.

Been a great place to learn. As it expands into a larger enterprise I think it’s not offer the same experience. The business is making itself more repeatable so employees that are more comfortable being independent might start to feel micromanaged.

Not a great place to come in as a new hire and sell. RevOps continuously messes up quotas, leaders do not train or look out for new hires, and compensation is severely below market value.
