They hire too many AEs. All of their competitors who have even more marketshare have less AE's per capita. Product has cool features, but lacks basic features that customers want.

SMB AE can come down to which location and which team you are on. The last few quarters more and more reps are falling short of quota and the inbound lead flow has only gotten worse.
