Low pay compared to market. Unattainable quotas. Adjustment to quotas mid-quarter. Management can’t give clear answers to questions because no one has the answers or don’t want us to know the answer. Pushing out remote people after CEO advocated for remote shortly before. Morale at all time low.

My overall Experience has been great for me but for other members on my team and extended team.. It hasn’t been easy. In terms of the leadership it has become shaky over the last two years due to the rash decision making process. If notices go out in a more timely manner, I would have much preferred that. Well-known and well-respected brand which helps as a seller. They drive quite a basic sales process (e.g. features and function, rather than business outcomes) and this reflected by the org not having the most creative of sellers in its teams. There are worse places to work though.
