I finally had a manager who acknowledged the discrepancy and brought my pay up significantly. A year later, I was let go in the first month of a year-long cycle of workforce reduction. When Covid hit, we worked extra hours to fill all the orders and couldn't keep up. Then, as the rush of orders began to taper off, the supply chain issues hit.
