They drive quite a basic sales process (e.g. features and function, rather than business outcomes) and this reflected by the org not having the most creative of sellers in its teams. There are worse places to work though.

Current Employee3.9Oct 17, 2024Dell is in a very strange place. There is demand for certain products but quotas have been set so unjustifiably high that most are lucky to be able to hit OTE. The constant shroud of layoffs is demoralizing. The tools make it difficult to move with urgency.
