My overall experience was good at first until they started to restructure everything and messed with the leads.

Dell is in a very strange place. There is demand for certain products but quotas have been set so unjustifiably high that most are lucky to be able to hit OTE. The constant shroud of layoffs is demoralizing. The tools make it difficult to move with urgency.
