Grateful for having a job in this job economy, but it's frustrating to see the lack of financially no brainer opportunity. Company has been claiming to have a frozen budget for the last 2 years while top staff leaves.

Overall experience is good. Pro's: Lots of help when you need it. Attractive earnings. Growth potential. Con's: Leadership politics will literally lose sales, and it will still be the rep's fault.
