Former Employee2.7Mar 14, 2024Dell was a great company in the 90’s when I worked there with exceptional growth. Dell was lower on compensation at the time compared to other technology companies but the ESPP program made up for the difference. The culture shifted in the late 90’s to 2000’s as a result of growth, moral suffered and the grass was no longer green.

Former Employee3.4Jun 30, 2023It’s hard to say. When I was an ISR in the call queue I made more than I had ever in my life but a year later had to walk away on a pip. Your mileage may vary but my manager was very difficult to get a long with but everyone else was supportive. Insane amount of contests and ways to get obscene amounts of Amazon gift cards but bad base pay looking back at it.
