I made these decisions based off high volatility within the company, to include constant layoffs despite posturing about record profits, circumstances beyond your control such as quotas increasing 100% in a matter of 3 months, continued asking of doing more with less.

Dell is a fantastic company to work for. Only concerns are bi yearly layoffs and a compensation plan that seems unattainable through personal achievements. Great products, great development, great people.
