My first year and a half at Dell were great, but recently there has been a big shake up in the way things are being done and I am not a fan. Ultimately its a good company to work for with great benefits, but the pay is just not top tier. Everybody is willing to help and support you, but there seems to be some disconnect with leadership. lots of decisions that make you scratch you head.

Good compensation package. Was left alone a lot to work my territory as a sales rep. Downside, is the company is always restructuring. To the point customers know it too. They shuffle sales territories, accounts and support teams all the time. I had a new sales team, manager and accounts every 6-12 months.
