Leads are bad, 70/30 split and decent channel. Management is pushing products suited for enterprise but are often too good for smb which most customers are suited gor.

My first year and a half at Dell were great, but recently there has been a big shake up in the way things are being done and I am not a fan. Ultimately its a good company to work for with great benefits, but the pay is just not top tier. Low pay compared to market. Unattainable quotas. Adjustment to quotas mid-quarter. Management can’t give clear answers to questions because no one has the answers or don’t want us to know the answer. Pushing out remote people after CEO advocated for remote shortly before. Morale at all time low.
