Leads are bad, 70/30 split and decent channel. Management is pushing products suited for enterprise but are often too good for smb which most customers are suited gor.

Had an amazing experience working at Dell, business has changed a lot over the years and what used to be an amazing culture has become somewhat toxic over the past few years, many lay off's, penny pinching and overall reduced investment into the business. Still a great company and great place to work, just not what it once was.
