Had an amazing experience working at Dell, business has changed a lot over the years and what used to be an amazing culture has become somewhat toxic over the past few years, many lay off's, penny pinching and overall reduced investment into the business. Still a great company and great place to work, just not what it once was.

My first year and a half at Dell were great, but recently there has been a big shake up in the way things are being done and I am not a fan. Ultimately its a good company to work for with great benefits, but the pay is just not top tier. Great Manager, Great Team but every few months I was always waiting for the next big announcement on which vertical was getting cut and other changes that felt like impending doom for everyone.
