Overall pay structure is not good, Dell inside reps are categorically under compensated. The pay structure is also not clear, it is difficult to determine how much commission is expected per sale. Company culture is positive, co-workers keep most people from leaving. DEI is strong, reps feel like they have a voice with local mgmt, executives operate in the ivory...Read More
