I came from a SaaS environment to Dell and struggled selling hardware (laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, servers, storage, etc.). Most of my customers were school districts and public orgs who got "oversold" during the pandemic. It wasn't a good fit for me.

My overall experience was great. Dell currently has challenges with workforce reduction but it’s really a company who pays employees well and aims for achievable targets - that being said I have had some unachievable half year targets but it normally evens itself out. Overall I would recommend Dell as a place to work

Grateful for having a job in this job economy, but it's frustrating to see the lack of financially no brainer opportunity. Company has been claiming to have a frozen budget for the last 2 years while top staff leaves.
