Poor company to work for…joined thinking it would be in line with other tech sales roles and that couldn’t be further from the truth, no coaching or development, emphasis on “pitching”, really really poor calibre of people; especially within companies acquired by Nielsen (DataImpact, Fox Intelligence), they’re run like start ups

VP of Sales admitted the company is not good at forecasting for target revenue. Had to reduce the target to make it look like we would make the numbers and people still didn't hit their goals. Some people that didn't make quota still kept their job or were moved to a new role while others got fired.

My overall experience was interesting, especially during COVID, and company’s global re-structure. It is an 100 year old company with a lot of legacy programs and setting that required a fresh view but the quality of the people working there is pretty high.
