Says commission is uncapped but then proceeds to cap you and take thousands away. Changes to base salary, ex) from 45 to 32 thousand and a changed comp structure not for the good.

Overall pay structure is not good, Dell inside reps are categorically under compensated. The pay structure is also not clear, it is difficult to determine how much commission is expected per sale. Great products and supply chain. they don't like to pay out full commission if you are over 100% and use terms like clawback and windfall. They use AI tools to predict the future and set quota but still do this as you overachieve from hard work. Lowering headcount over and over via layoffs is a no fun culture.
