Great products and supply chain. they don't like to pay out full commission if you are over 100% and use terms like clawback and windfall. They use AI tools to predict the future and set quota but still do this as you overachieve from hard work. Lowering headcount over and over via layoffs is a no fun culture. The stock goes up but there is no way for employees to take part. Culture is fire drills and spreadsheets.

My experience was positive overall, as this was my first job in the tech sales industry. The training program was very thorough and there were many opportunities to move laterally and some great people work there. Amazing work life balance. But might be a tough place to be if you want to make the big bucks and really move up quick.
