Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee As an account manager, your job isn’t really sales. It is to make sure that the accounts are happy and that typically means cleaning up messes. This is fine, but the organization insists that the job is sales. While at the same time, they don’t give you the tools, the time, or the ability to make sales. You have a team of dedicated specialists aligned to your accounts to have the technical questions. At the end of the day, this job is easy but I wish leadership would get some reality and realize that it’s not really sales because of the vast amount of barriers there are for account managers. Barriers, that have apparently been around for a very long time. Browse Other Reviews
