My overall experience at Dell was good. I was there before "Michael" bought back the company and stayed during the privatization and left after they went public. The sales org was run masterfully by a very competent leader. The only knock I would have on the company is they don't know if they want to be channel only or direct to customer. This makes the business challenging to navigate for internal sales team, customers, and partners. I don't know how it is now but hopefully they decided a path rather than operating in limbo. They tend to only be partner friendly when it suits there bottom line.

My overall experience was decent. I learned a lot and the process was very structured however the time to receive promotion was incredibly long and childishly cutthroat.
