Having been at the company for over 10 years I’ve witnessed the slow demise of the organisation and a shift towards being box shifters. Overall innovation is down and culture is lacking however, there are a few gems and a few good products however, overall strategy isn’t great anymore

Don't ever take a job working sales for Dell in Small business. Mid and enterprise are a different ball game but don't ever start in SMB. no growth whatsoever.
