Good for intro job but pay is well under market average for quota size. Paid roughly 1% of quarterly quotas from $300-500k

Business is retrenching and there have been a lot of layoffs. Re-emphasizing the channel and hoping their laid off employees continue to sell dell at partner practices. Rumors of another batch later this year. Generally a solid company to work for. May be trying to do too much for too many companies
