Says commission is uncapped but then proceeds to cap you and take thousands away. Changes to base salary, ex) from 45 to 32 thousand and a changed comp structure not for the good.

Good place to start your sales career. Upward trajectory is very limited. Large earning potential was continually slashed as well. Commission was quite lucrative (3x) - and then they kept making it more challenging to over achieve.
