Dell’s culture is amazing. The brand really sells itself with instant credibility however a lot has changed & is always changing. The base salary is not the best however the flexibility is deff there. Just a matter of preference in what the person is looking for.

I was a specialist and capped but most specialists are gone now so my numbers aren't the most relevant. AEs are generally 50/50 comp split.

over worked, under paid, retail hours, other SDRs will try to take deals and customers, easy to get in, hard to rise up
