My overall experience was good but there were many ways it could’ve been better. Compensation compared to the same role at other companies was low.

Overall, Dell is a great place to work. Your time here could very much depend on the business segment you're in and your accounts but the leadership can be very strong if you are on the right team. Culture and people are great.
