The last year, very negative. So many changes. Less accounts. Got a new micro manager as my manager, who didn’t know what he was doing. So then you are a fault.

You learn a lot and sell a lot. But dont get compensated like you should. AE and AM dont know about most of the deals and you lead everything.

I like working at Dell because they have consistently competitive products, a great culture and leadership, and typically don't just sell one point product so I can go deep and wide into the Enterprise. What blows is there is zero equity. No stock grants or options. Not even an employee stock purchase plan.

My overal experience was great during the first 2 years. Then the layoffs happened it was more about KPI's than anything else. After I left the team, more than 6 people left. No growth possible at all. No one after 3 years grew to AE or another role. It's a dead end, but great to learn your sales chops.
