I like working at Dell because they have consistently competitive products, a great culture and leadership, and typically don't just sell one point product so I can go deep and wide into the Enterprise. What blows is there is zero equity. No stock grants or options. Not even an employee stock purchase plan.

My overall experience is that Dell provides great benefits and a decent culture. The morale at Dell has gone down significantly with constant layoffs every 3-6 months. Dell is not willing to evolve with the market and provide customers with the best solutions. Dell has lost its direction and is seen as a hardware company but also wants to be seen as an aaS provider...Read More
