My overal experience was great during the first 2 years. Then the layoffs happened it was more about KPI's than anything else. After I left the team, more than 6 people left. No growth possible at all. No one after 3 years grew to AE or another role. It's a dead end, but great to learn your sales chops. Aside from that, even with the AI boom, you're still considered a box mover. Stay in your lane is the best advice I can give. They do NOT like blue flamers.

Overall it’s a solid company to work for if you want some stability. But your manager needs to like you, or else you won’t get promoted. Negative. With difficult market conditions it seems leadership wants to pressure sales into reaching unrealistic goals. Career mobility is scarce and lackluster. Dell has great products but poor execution.
