Great place to start your career as there is a high emphasis on developing young talent. At a higher level, it can be a lot more hardline and that is where the culture starts to become less favorable. I would still recommend it to others as a good company.

Not a place to stay long due to lack of vision, poor leadership, and a culture of survivalism. The company front line could be study on trauma bonding.

My overall experience for my last role at Dell was not the best. The product, while at first seems like a good solution, ultimately did not fit well for the current market. As a result the team of AEs selling this solution was cut by 65%.
