My overall experience is that Dell provides great benefits and a decent culture. The morale at Dell has gone down significantly with constant layoffs every 3-6 months. Overall experience is good. Pro's: Lots of help when you need it. Attractive earnings. Growth potential. Con's: Leadership politics will literally lose sales, and it will still be the rep's fault.
