Very toxic work environment with very poor leadership. Targets are unattainable, no one attains unless you get a one off inbound lead from a trial. Managers are also incredibly toxic. Number of people placed on PIP or fired before probation is up. Attrition is incredibly high, majority of people leave before 1 year. Number of people hired with no prior closing sales experience and don't succeed. Not a sales role - its a prospecting role with little to no deals closed.

Great product, sales process works, very cliquey, toxic management. Micromanaging on KPI's daily, little to no room for error, typically forced out when employees approach 1yr in the seat.

I’ve been with Datadog for 2.5 years, and while the product is undoubtedly top-tier and the R&D investment is strong, the internal culture is incredibly toxic.
