Quota is unattainable. Leadership hasn't changed quotas since the product was selling extremely well during Covid. First line leaders micromanage and mostly go manager route, because it's far better than the mid market opportunity -- few are actually good leaders, most have large egos.

My overall experience was horrible. They are a product-only trash company with a leadership surrounded by incompetents and a silo-filled culture through closed marketing. No way to win over splunk neither dynatrace
