My overall experience was horrible. They are a product-only trash company with a leadership surrounded by incompetents and a silo-filled culture through closed marketing. No way to win over splunk neither dynatrace

My overall experience was positive. There is however no inbound lead flow, all outbound in a highly competitive and technical market. Reaching 100% of quota is already considered presidents club which should tell you all you need to know about realistic performance.

Datadog has a fantastic product market fit, great sales training, and good culture. But the base salary is low

My overall experience has been okay. They completely lie to you in the interview process. Was told 50% of reps hit their number and less than 5% hit their number. Great product, company and sales process. Would not recommend a friend to join the commercial space.
